We are a Little Rock based bakery set out to create quality pastries and meals that are as unique as our customers. We are proud to be a part of the historic Hillcrest area, and we want you to feel at home when you walk through our door. With a mix of homemade recipes and ideas from years of traveling around the U.S., we’ve created a menu that we can’t wait to share with Little Rock. Our priority is creating flavorful food with quality ingredients. From our freshly brewed coffee to our made from scratch cheesecakes, you definitely will taste the difference. At HLB, we want to support local business, but also focus on the impact we have globally. That is why it is our mission to be as waste-free and eco friendly as possible. We are using biodegradable straws, lids, and utensils for our to-go orders. We have recycled paper bags and cups and fiber togo boxes. For dine-in orders, we have glass cups, porcelain plates, and metal utensils so we do not accumulate more waste after every meal served.
Since 2018, we have been working to add to the historic Hillcrest area. Since purchasing this building, it has gone through some big changes.
